Meet the Team Behind Daniels Law
At Daniels Law, our mission is straightforward: to be experienced and effective advocates for victims of California wildland fires. Our focus is on individuals and businesses who have suffered devastation, and we represent our clients on a contingent fee basis — meaning no recovery, no cost to you.
We have been at the forefront of wildland fire litigation throughout California since 2007, when the Witch Creek/Guejito Fires swept through San Diego County. Since then, we have successfully represented fire victims across the state, including those affected by the Dixie Fire in Plumas County, the Woolsey Fire in Los Angeles County, the Tubbs and Atlas Fires in Napa and Sonoma Counties, and the Camp Fire in Butte County.
Our results speak for themselves. Attorney and Practice Magazine has named Daniels Law a Top 10 law firm, and we are proud to be a National Trial Lawyers Top 100 firm.
